A Hamilton County judge has ordered the Bohemian Hookah Cafe to shut down following a lawsuit with the City of Cincinnati.
The City of Cincinnati and the Cincinnati Board of Health sued the bar in September, leading to the decision by Hamilton County Common Pleas Judge Patrick Dinkelacker.
The Agreed Final Order states that the bar "will close and vacate 340 Ludlow Avenue on or before November 14, 2025."
Clifton Town Meeting President Ben Pantoja welcomed the news, saying the bar had been a headache for the business district for two years.
Pantoja credited current Cincinnati City Councilman and candidate Mark Jeffreys with drawing attention to the issues surrounding the bar.
