Rochester Arts and Crafts Festival
The Rochester Arts and Crafts Festival is being held at the Empire Events Center this weekend.
On October 11 and 12, from 10 a.m., people can visit various booths to see the work of emerging Minnesota artists.

One vendor, Karen Wedul, also known as Scattered Sunshine, gives new life to old silver plates by adding mosaic designs.
Organizers hope to bring the festival back next year, possibly as a Christmas show.
