Butler Teen Dies After Train Accident in DeKalb County
A 19-year-old Butler teen, identified as Ethan Fike, was struck and killed by a train in DeKalb County on Saturday.
The incident occurred around 9 a.m. on the railroad tracks in the 600 block of East Main Street in Butler, according to the DeKalb County Sheriff's Office.
Authorities found Fike after he was hit by a passing Norfolk Southern train and pronounced him dead at the scene.
The incident remains under investigation.
