Rebel Volleyball Team Faces Uncertain Future
The Auer family has provided Crestview's sports programs with numerous thrills over the last two decades.
The Rebel volleyball team lost to Mentor Lake Catholic in the Div. V regional semifinal with a score of 25-19, 25-16, 25-22.
Rebel senior Lainy Auer, who has played 336 sets in her career, is the final child of Rob and Alisha Auer, the longtime Rebel volleyball coach.
Alisha Auer said, "I stand on the fence," regarding her decision to return as head coach next season.
Alisha Auer has a varsity coaching career record of 404-127, which began in 2004.
