Google Restricts Wear OS Clock App to Pixel Watches
Google has announced that its Wear OS Clock app will be restricted to Pixel watches, similar to its Weather app for wearables in September.
New Wear OS devices from other manufacturers will not have access to the Clock app, which includes alarm, timer, and stopwatch features.
However, users with non-Pixel watches who already have the Clock app installed will still be able to use it, although it will not receive any new updates.
Google’s Clock app is no longer available for download on Wear OS smartwatches, except for pre-installed on the Pixel Watch.
