Lululemon has closed its West Highland store after eight years of operation. The store, located at 3420 W. 32nd Ave, was found empty with packed-up boxes inside.
The company's stock has taken a hit, down 55% this year. Lululemon opened the West Highland location in November 2017.
According to a sign on the door, the store is now closed. The space is listed for lease by Grace Property Management, with a base rent of $7,200 and additional triple-net expenses of $4,100 per month.
Lululemon did not respond to questions from BusinessDen. The company's closest locations are in the Cherry Creek Shopping Center and in Lakewood.
No comment from Lululemon.
