Mouser Electronics now stocks the TPS650352-Q1 automotive PMIC from Texas Instruments, a highly integrated power management IC for automotive camera modules.
The device combines one LDO regulator and three step-down converters, and is AEC-Q100 grade 1 qualified, designed for various camera modules, including surround-view, rear-view, and front-view cameras.
- Three step-down converters operating in force-fixed frequency PWM mode
- BUCK1 converter with input voltage range up to 18.3V for PoC connections
- LDO with input voltage range from 2.5V to 5.5V and output voltage from 1.8V to 3.3V
- LDO supplies up to 300mA with low noise and high PSRR
