Joey Foos: Building Community in Bergwall Hall
Joey Foos, the current hall director of Bergwall Hall at Taylor University, believes he is called to serve in this role.
Foos holds an undergraduate degree in History from Malone University and a master's degree in higher education and student development from Wheaton College. His faith journey began during his time at Malone, where student development played a significant role.
I felt called because I felt like I would be good at doing what was done for me.
As hall director, Foos oversees the Bergwall community, mentors student leaders, and ensures compliance with Taylor University's standards and the Life Together Covenant (LTC).
Foos also aims to replicate the positive impact his own hall director had on him, pouring into the lives of students and fostering a sense of community.
