Organic Farm Wins Chamber Prize
Emma Rozeveld and her husband, Shane Rozeveld, have been organic farmers in Lambton County since 2021.
Despite not being from the community, they have made a name for themselves with Aslan Organics, and winning the Sarnia-Lambton Chamber of Commerce agri-business of the year award has been a significant recognition.
“It shows that all the years we’ve put in so far have been recognized and people are taking notice, and also celebrating how awesome the food is,”
Emma said. They grow about 30 different vegetables on their farm and sell them through various channels, including an onsite store, the Sarnia Farmers’ Market, local retailers, and an online store at aslanorganics.ca.
