Keurig Dr Pepper Shares Updates For Plan To Split Into 2 Companies
Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) has announced a timeline to separate into two companies by the end of 2026, currently referred to as "Global Coffee Co." and "Beverage Co."
In August, KDP announced the acquisition of JDE Peet’s and plans to separate its soft drink and coffee businesses into two separate companies.
According to KDP CEO Tim Cofer, the goal is to create "two winning companies – a global coffee powerhouse and the most agile North American beverage leader."
