Philips Introduces New Integration for CT-Guided PCI
Philips has launched Follow C-arm, a capability that integrates pre-operative CT scan data into cath lab workflows.
The integration allows for automatic synchronization of CT images with C-arm movement, combining Philips' Advanced Visualisation Workspace (AVW) with its Azurion C-arm.
The introduction represents an industry-first in bringing CT-guided percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) into the cath lab.
The new capability was unveiled at the 2025 Transcatheter Cardiovascular Therapeutics (TCT) meeting in San Francisco.
