Arrest of Nathan Toft for Multiple Crimes

On October 7th, 2025, Ventura County Sheriff's patrol deputies responded to a call on Thousand Oaks Boulevard, where a female victim reported being beaten and sexually assaulted.
Investigations revealed that Nathan Toft had tied up the victim, confined her by force in his home, tortured her, and sexually assaulted her before she escaped and called 911.
Detectives obtained a search warrant, served it at Toft's residence, and transported him to the Pre-trial Detention Facility in Ventura.
