I played a small slice of the game ahead of its official reveal, and can confirm that it is absolutely beautiful. The start of the fan-favorite 'The Silent Cartographer' mission is a great example of the game's vision.
This level, which was ahead of its time in 2001, features a semi-open environment that encourages exploration and defies linear designs. It also boasts lush sandy beaches with breathtaking views across a wide ocean expanse.
The game is positioned to recapture the same sense of magic and wonder when it launches in 2026.
