Benchmark, National Development JV Acquires First New Jersey Community
Waltham, MA-based Benchmark Senior Living has expanded to New Jersey with the acquisition of its first assisted living / memory care community in the state.
The community, formerly known as Arbor Terrace Roseland, has been renamed Benchmark at Roseland and features 85 units and 68,000 square feet of total living space on 4.3 acres of land.
We have long sought to bring our high-quality care to New Jersey, and we are thrilled to now serve families in the Garden State.
This acquisition is part of a joint venture between Benchmark and National Development, which plans to open two additional communities in New Jersey by 2027.
