Board Wielding Man Arrested for Assault
Sedalia Police responded to a report of a subject on a bicycle being chased by a subject on foot with a board at 701 South Ohio.
On arrival, officers located the suspect, who became uncooperative, leading to a physical altercation. The suspect, 47-year-old Travis Lee Brown, was subdued and taken into custody.
Brown was placed in a WRAP restraint for safety and during deployment, an officer was assaulted by him. He was then transported to BRHC for a fit-for-confinement check and on to the Pettis County Jail.
