Kraus-Anderson Completes $3.5 Million Renovation of Clover Shopping Center

Kraus-Anderson has completed a $3.5 million renovation of the Clover Shopping Center in Bloomington.

The project, owned by Engelsma Limited Partnership and designed by Tanek, Inc., included 16,000-square feet of exterior finishes, such as new signage, storefronts, and masonry brick.

Construction began in October 2024. The shopping center has also added a new tenant, Salons by JC, which leases beauty and wellness salon suites.

The new 8,123-square-foot salon opened on September 30.

Kraus-Anderson has a long history with the site, having developed and built the original Clover Center, Bloomington's first shopping center, in the late 1950s.
