Steven McNamara Joins Bodega 1830 as Head Chef
Steven McNamara, a native of Clonmel, has taken up the role of head chef at Bodega 1830, a trendy tapas restaurant and wine bar in the heart of Clonmel.
McNamara, who previously worked as head chef at Fota Restaurant in Cork, returned to Bodega 1830 in August, bringing his passion for food to the role. He aims to put his own stamp on the eatery's eclectic menu of tapas dishes.
“There is nowhere like this in Clonmel. There is a great vibe here and I want to match the food with that vibe,”
said Steven, expressing his excitement to be back at Bodega 1830 and contribute to its growing reputation.
