The US Navy is holding two survivors of the latest airstrike in the Caribbean, which targeted an alleged drug trafficking boat.
According to reports from Reuters and the Associated Press, the airstrike on Thursday hit a semi-submersible vessel that was partially underwater, resulting in at least one death.
