Former TCSO Sergeant Accused of Filming Female Officer
A former Tulare County Sheriff’s Office (TCSO) sergeant assigned to the South County Detention Center allegedly tried to record a female Porterville Police officer in the facility's bathroom.
According to court records, the incident occurred in the spring of this year. Michael Martins, the former deputy, pleaded not guilty at his arraignment on September 22.
