Toyota's New V8 Supercar Unveiling
Toyota will officially unveil its new V8 supercar, the GR GT, in December, a vehicle designed to homologate the firm's GT3 racer.
The GR GT is expected to weigh around 1300kg and will rival the Aston Martin DB12. It will make its first public appearance at the Tokyo Auto Salon in January.
The unveiling was anticipated to take place at the Tokyo show, following a preview campaign that included concept cars and running prototypes at the Goodwood Festival of Speed.
The GR GT is expected to be a homologated variant of the incoming GT3 GR hardcore racer.
