A Berkshire County fire chief, Michael D. Grillo, has been charged with 34 tax-related offenses in his home state.

According to reports from The Berkshire Eagle, Grillo, who is the Sandisfield Fire Chief, owned companies that provided landscaping and facilities management services to businesses in New England and New York.
