Citi Rolls Out AI Prompt Training Requirement
A growing share of employers have implemented or permitted the use of artificial intelligence at work, but few offer training at the contributor level, according to a recent survey.
However, Citi has taken a step forward by rolling out AI prompt training to most of its staff, recognizing the need for such training as AI affects career development.
Prompting, or prompt engineering, is key to unlocking generative AI’s utility, according to MIT’s Sloan School of Management.
