New Retirement Residence in Pelham
A ribbon-cutting ceremony for Summersides Retirement Residence was held on October 8.
The occasion was attended by local politicians, including representatives from the Town of Pelham, Niagara West MPP Sam Oosterhoff’s office, and the Niagara Region chair’s office, as well as Summersides development partners Mountainview Building Group and FRAM + Slokker.
Construction is underway at Summersides Retirement Residence, a new upscale retirement community located at 51 Meridian Way in Fonthill, set to open in 2027.
According to a news release, Summersides will offer a fresh approach to retirement living, designed for seniors seeking an active lifestyle with access to personalized care and upscale amenities.
