Shore Medical Center Names Employees of the Month
Shore Medical Center has named its Employees of the Month for August and September: Deborah Oatman and Christina Shiffler, RN.
In August, Deborah Oatman of Egg Harbor Township received the title, while in September, Christina Shiffler, RN, of Marmora was recognized.
August Employee of the Month: Deborah Oatman
Deborah Oatman is a Department Health Unit Coordinator/Tele Tech who began working at Shore Medical Center in 2002 as a registrar in the Emergency Department.
In 2011, she transferred into the role of health unit coordinator, and in March 2020, she transitioned into her current role as a night shift HUC/telemetry technician.
Outstanding service and exemplifying the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
