Arsonist Cody Balmer Pleads Guilty
Cody Balmer, the suspected arsonist accused of firebombing Governor Josh Shapiro's residence in April, has pleaded guilty to all charges against him.

Balmer, 38, was sentenced to 25-50 years in prison and will not be eligible for parole until April 13, 2050.
