Bulls Call for SA Competitions Shake-up
Bulls president Willem Strauss has requested a strategic workshop to address SA Rugby's competition structures.
According to Strauss, the move away from Super Rugby to the northern hemisphere has created challenges for the local game, including scheduling, commercial sustainability, and player welfare.
"I have been studying successful leagues such as the NRL and NFL for decades, and they all have the same deals and trends,"
Strauss highlighted issues for urgent discussion, citing declining match attendance and overwhelmed clients.
