PITTSBURGH – Bryan Adams began his Sunday concert quietly but built up to a high-energy rock show that captivated the audience. At 9 p.m., the house lights dimmed, and Adams surprised fans by appearing alone on the small “B” stage located at the far end of the PPG Paints Arena floor, away from the main stage.
With an acoustic guitar in hand, the Canadian rocker performed “Can’t Stop This Thing We Started,” followed by the hit “Straight From The Heart.” Fans close to the stage eagerly captured photos perfect for sharing on social media.
Typically reserved for mid-show, the B-stage served as a unique starting point for Adams. He then walked across the arena floor to the main stage, issuing fist bumps to enthusiastic fans along the way.
At this moment, special free wristbands given to concertgoers began flashing various colors, creating a striking visual effect that repeated throughout Adams’ two-hour performance.
Adams’ voice remained outstanding, his subtle rasp delivering a signature warmth to classics like “Run to You,” “This Time,” and “Have You Ever Really Loved Somebody.”
His connection with the audience and dynamic stage presence made the show memorable for all in attendance.
Author's summary: Bryan Adams kicked off a dynamic concert with an intimate acoustic opening, then energized the crowd with heartfelt classics and impressive visuals at Pittsburgh’s PPG Paints Arena.
