Harvard has dominated this season, winning all seven games by margins of at least three touchdowns. On Monday, the team earned the No. 9 position in the latest Stats Perform FCS Top 25 rankings — the highest in program history.
The Crimson were also placed 13th in the AFCA FCS Coaches Poll, marking their best showing in that ranking since 2011. Their rise came after a decisive 31–10 victory over Dartmouth on Saturday, improving their record to 7–0.
Harvard remains the only undefeated team in the Ivy League, ahead of rivals Yale and Penn, both holding 5–2 records. The Crimson have yet to face either opponent, with Penn set to visit on November 15, followed by the annual rivalry match against Yale in New Haven.
This ranking carries additional weight as Ivy League teams are now eligible for the FCS playoffs for the first time. Harvard aims to extend its winning streak to eight when traveling to face Columbia on Friday night.
