Joe Keery, widely recognized for his role as Steve Harrington in Stranger Things, is also making waves as a musician under the name Djo. Currently touring with his third studio album, The Crux, Keery is using his platform to support LGBTQ+ youth.
During his Another Bite Tour, Keery pledged to donate $1 from every ticket sold to The Ally Coalition (TAC), a charity dedicated to providing resources and support to young LGBTQ+ people facing discrimination.
Founded by music producer Jack Antonoff and fashion designer Rachel Antonoff, TAC leverages the power of music and fan communities to aid LGBTQ+ youth in need.
“We had the privilege of speaking with @Djo before his last show of tour at The Greek Theatre in LA. Djo donated $1 per ticket sold to TAC on his Another Bite Tour in support of LGBTQ+ youth.”
Despite the buzz around his acting career, Keery's generous support underscores his commitment to meaningful causes.
