Israel Accused of Violating Aid Agreement in Gaza

Ramallah, November 7 (Prensa Latina) — Palestinian authorities accused Israel of breaching the ceasefire terms by allowing less than a third of the agreed humanitarian aid to enter the Gaza Strip since October 10.

The Government Media Office in Gaza reported that from October 10 to November 6, only about 4,453 trucks carrying essential supplies reached the territory, whereas the agreement stipulated 15,600. Among these, 31 vehicles transported cooking gas and 84 carried diesel fuel for bakeries, hospitals, power generators, and other key institutions.

On average, only 171 aid trucks entered daily instead of the promised 600. The Gaza Media Office claimed that these figures demonstrate Israel’s ongoing policy of “strangulation, starvation, humanitarian pressure, and political extortion” affecting more than two million Palestinians.

“The limited aid deliveries fail to meet even the minimum requirements for food, medicines, and basic goods for the population in the coastal enclave,” the Office stated.
