The Essex Postcodes Winning in October’s Postcode Lottery
Several postcodes in Essex won prizes in the People's Postcode Lottery during October 2025. Residents of these areas are celebrating their luck after their postcodes were drawn and rewarded.
The People’s Postcode Lottery is a subscription-based lottery that supports charities while granting cash prizes to participants across the UK. From Monday to Friday, twenty different postcodes have the chance to win £1,000 daily. On Saturdays, there is a larger prize pool, offering a share of £1 million, and Sundays provide individual prizes of £30,000.

How the People's Postcode Lottery Works
"Every month, players in a postcode sector share £3.2 million or more. In this example, £1.6 million of this will be shared equally by tickets playing with the winning postcode, with the other £1.6 million being shared equally by tickets playing with the winning postcode sector."
