Virtus.pro secured victory in the Marvel Rivals Ignite Grand Finals at DreamHack Atlanta by defeating Natus Vincere (NAVI) with a score of 4-1. The EMEA representative earned $320,000 (~£243,480) for their win.
After the Group Stage, eight teams competed in a double-elimination bracket to reach the Grand Finals. REJECT and DarkZero were eliminated early in the Lower Brackets, followed by Citadel Gaming and ChopperMag in the Quarterfinals.
In the Lower Bracket Semifinals, NAVI defeated 100 Thieves, the Ignite Stage 2 Americas champion, with a 3-1 victory. Virtus.pro then won 3-1 against FlyQuest in the Upper Bracket Finals, setting up the Grand Finals clash against NAVI.
