Remembrance Day Holiday City Schedule – Tuesday, November 11, 2025

Due to the Remembrance Day holiday on Tuesday, November 11, all City offices and facilities will be closed.

Remembrance Day Parade and Ceremony

The Royal Canadian Legion Newfoundland and Labrador Remembrance Day parade and ceremony will take place on Tuesday, November 11, starting at the Sergeants’ Memorial, Queen’s Road at 10:10 a.m.

The parade will reach the National War Memorial around 10:45 a.m., with the ceremony beginning at 10:55 a.m.

Road closures and parking restrictions for Remembrance Day events will be posted on the City website.
