The Boston Bruins continue their best run in over a year with a 3-2 overtime win against the Ottawa Senators at TD Garden on November 6, 2025.
Boston’s center Sean Kuraly (52) celebrated scoring during the second period, contributing to the team’s momentum. The decisive goal came with less than six seconds left in overtime, sealing the Bruins' fifth consecutive win.
"These guys are giving me everything they got," Bruins coach Marco Sturm said after the game. "Everybody knows me now and knows what I want out of them. I’m very happy with how we approach every game structure-wise now.”
Despite the victory, the Bruins faced a tough challenge early on. Joonas Korpisalo allowed a goal on the Senators' first shot—the result of a 2-on-1 break by Michael Amadio at 5:42 in the first period. This marked the seventh time this season Boston has conceded the opening goal within their first three shots on goal.
Of those seven times, four occurred with Korpisalo guarding the net, while the other three were with Jeremy Swayman.
The Bruins’ determined performance and strategic focus have propelled them onto their longest winning streak in over a year, highlighted by a dramatic overtime victory.
