Remembrance Day Parade and Ceremony in Fort St. John
The annual Remembrance Day event will take place on November 11th to honor fallen Canadian soldiers and recognize the service of living veterans and active military members.
Event Details
The parade and ceremony are set to start at 10:40 a.m. on Tuesday, November 11th, organized by the local Royal Canadian Legion branch.
- The parade will begin outside the School District 60 office on 102nd Street.
- It will proceed along 105th Avenue past the legion building, continue to City Hall, and return to the cenotaph for the outdoor ceremony.

Transportation and Accessibility
BC Transit will offer free rides to veterans on Remembrance Day.
Road Closures
As per the city’s press release, road closures will be enforced from 9:30 a.m. to noon along the parade route and near the legion building. Vehicle access will be completely restricted during this time.
